Standard labs are included in your membership. For any additional labs, we facilitate the blood draw, include your insurance information with the order, and our lab partners will directly bill your insurance company.

Yes, we can refill standard prescriptions for all members.  However, we do not manage certain controlled substances long term such as opioids or benzodiazepines but will facilitate you navigating specialty services based on the medication and need. 

Yes, FSA and HSA cards are accepted methods of payment, and the card information can be entered on the booking link during payment.

The ability to fill prescriptions out-of-state depends on the medication and the laws of the destination state. Check the specific regulations before traveling here.

No, we do not currently accept insurance at this time. However, we provide a superbill for receipt that you can submit to your insurance for potential.
